One of our aims at Artful is to try and ensure that every customer leaves satisifed; and this applies equally to those customers who choose to order from us online.

To assist in setting your expectations when you place an order on our site, our Terms & Conditions include all the details we think you'll need. You can download these here and keep a copy for future reference.

When you place an order, you'll be asked to confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions, so please do make time to read and understand them

Q: How quickly will I receive my order?

A: While we aim to dispatch every order within 3-5 working days of receiving it, this is not always possible. As all items in the Artful range are created individually by Kelly Morgan, it may sometimes take a few days for your order to be prepared. We will send you an email to confirm when we dispatch your order and we will contact you if there is likely to be a delay for any reason.


 

 

Q: How secure is it to order online from Artful?

A: All online payments to Artful are processed securely through Roman Cart, a well-known provider of internet payment systems. Roman Cart is supported by Verisign - look for the padlock sign in your browser address and the Verisign symbol on our checkout pages.


 

 

Q: How much will it cost to have my order delivered?

A: Although we try to keep delivery costs to a minimum, we recognise how important it is to deliver your order to you safely and as quickly as possible. On that basis, we apply a fixed postage and packaging charge of £10.00 for all orders containing one or more glass products. If you are only ordering greetings cards or postcards, delivery starts from just 75p and increases with the number of items you order.


 

 

Q: Can I order online and collect in store?

A: Yes. Simply add the items you want to your cart and select the "Collect in store" option from the delivery options when you check out. We will then confirm to you by email when your order is ready for collection and you can pop into the shop in Hexham and pick it up at a convenient time.


 

 

Q: Is it possible to order bespoke items from Artful?

A: Yes - we are more than happy to accept commissions for artwork - please email or call us to discuss your requirements. You are also able to add a personalised message to the front of an Artful greetings card when you place an order online.


 

 

Q: Can I order work from Artful's featured artists through the site?

A: Although we do not have the facility to sell our featured artists' work online at this time, we do maintain links to their websites wherever possible so you are able to view their work online.


 

 

Q: Will the art I receive look exactly the same as the images on the website?

A: Every piece of work in the Artful range is created individually by Kelly Morgan, so each item is completely unique. This means there may be slight variations in the colour and nature of the design as well as the shape and size of the glass. If your order consists of more than one item in the same design, Kelly will work to ensure that they are as well-matched as possible.


 

 

Q: What payment methods are available to me on Artful's site?

A: Our preferred method of payment is credit or debit card, so we accept all major cards. You may also choose to pay by cheque, though you should note that in this case, your order will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared into our account.


 

 

Q: Can I place an order if I live outside the UK?

A: At this time, we are only able to process orders placed within the UK. We are hoping to be able to accept orders from other countries soon and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause in the meantime.


 

 

Q: What is Artful's returns policy for items I buy online?

A: In summary, if you change your mind about products ordered through our website, you may cancel your order within 7 working days from the day you receive the products. This does not apply if you order any bespoke or personalised products; and it does not affect your statutory rights.
